Turn your Instagram page into an enviable travel blog by taking snaps of Cabo’s landmarks, hotels, and restaurants. A visit to these places will make your stay in Cabo an unforgettable one.

El Arco

No trip to Cabo is complete without a visit to this iconic limestone formation, which stands at the confluence of the Pacific and the Gulf of California. Surrounded by clear blue waters, El Arco was shaped by formidable winds and tidal waves over millennia.

Sea lions congregate at the arc, lounging among the craggy rocks in full view of tourists. A glass-bottom boat cruise will also give you a glimpse of the tropical fish and corals the lie beneath the waters.

Swimming in and around El Arco is not recommended; however, you can take photos from a water taxi, many of which are available at the Cabo San Lucas Marina. Just tell them to take you to Land’s End for a photo session.

Playa del Amor (Lovers’ Beach)

Near El Arco, you’ll find Lovers’ Beach, a peaceful stretch of golden sand where visitors can go for a stroll and soak the sun’s rays. This is the place to take your beach photos, with the gently lapping waters of Banderas Bay in the background.

Often referred to as Cabo’s “Hidden Beach”, it is concealed from external view by a cavernous craterat the base ofMarieta Island. The romantic atmosphere of this attraction makes it an excellent choice for couples.

The waters are also safe for swimming, snorkeling, and diving, so bring your underwater camera to take snaps of colorful marine life.

Divorce Beach adjoins Lovers’ Beach, but avoid its choppy waters, which are considered dangerous for swimming. Stick around for the sunset, which is an Instagram-worthy event.

Mount Solmar

One of Cabo’s most popular hikes, Mt. Solmar commands sweeping views of the municipality, Lover’s Beach, Divorce Beach, and the Pacific. The hike up is also scenic, with desert plants and rock formations along the way. The hike to the summit is humid and rocky, so bring enough water and wear proper hiking shoes. From the summit, you can take a trail going downto Divorce Beach.

El Merkado Centro Gastronico

This two-story food hall brings some of Cabo’s finest chefs in one place. Located in a converted warehouse with European architectural influences, El Merkado’s interior has an industrial feel, with metal chairs, exposed brick, and dark wood.

Its moderninterior deserves a spot in your Instagram page, and so does the food – take mouthwatering photos of heaping plates of paella, which they serve at La Osteria, and don’t forget to take a few shots of the pizza Nutella from Pan di Bacco before you dig in.

ArbolatLas Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort

The interior of this fine dining restaurant looks like something out of the pages of a storybook, with stunning sculptural trees decorated with hundreds of bird cage lanterns that give off a warm, ethereal glow at night. The work of Guadalajara artist David Luna, Arboltransports you to a magical forest for a night you won’t forget.

The food is just as Instagrammable, with exquisitely plated sashimi and colorful bowls of curry on offer.

The bar is framed by hacienda-style arches and columns that come to life in the soft glow of orange and red lighting. Come dressed in your best outfit and feast on their stellar offerings.

The Skywalk at the Vidanta Los Cabos

Make a grand entrance at The Omnia Skywalk – this modern architectural feat takes you from the luxurious lobby of Vidanta Los Cabos to a trellis-style overlook that offers gorgeous views of the resort’s glistening pool and the magnificent ocean beyond. The Skywalk is lined with glass railings and wooden arches that create a sense of movement.

Drop by OMNIA Day Club during your stay at the resort, which is lauded for its unique architectural features. Conceptualized by architect Shawn Sullivan, the club fronts the beach and was designed around an elevated pool surrounded by plush jewel-toned sofas, bamboo cabanas, and trellis sculptures that offer shade from the sun.

Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection

This private beach resort sets the bar for Cliffside luxury. Each suite is a feast for the eyes, with coastal chic elements like white traditional curtains, designer mosquito net canopies, vaulted palapa ceilings, elegant furniture, and Mexican art. The Penthouse Suite is finest of these rooms, commanding views of the Punta Ballena coast and the Sea of Cortez.
